Who We Are
Founded in 2013, Tongtai is a custom wooden packaging manufacturer based in Dongguan, China. Through WOODPKG, we work with international brands, packaging buyers and designers to develop premium wooden boxes for spirits, fragrances, cigars, jewelry, watches and luxury gifts.
From structural development and prototyping to manufacturing and quality control, we help turn packaging concepts into practical, production-ready solutions.
What We Do
Our manufacturing capabilities include woodworking, sanding, assembly and custom packaging development. We work with solid wood, MDF, wood veneers, leather, metal components and other materials to create packaging tailored to each project.
With options such as high-gloss and matte finishes, laser engraving, screen printing and custom inserts, we help customers balance design, functionality and production requirements.
Quality & Reliability
Consistent quality is a priority throughout our manufacturing process. We carry out inspections at key stages, including woodworking, finishing and assembly, followed by final inspection before shipment.
We also welcome customer-appointed third-party inspections and focus on reliable communication, practical problem-solving and long-term cooperation.
